We make fine and sophisticated gins from botanicals, many of which we harvest from our immediate surroundings in Gaspésie.
We also make a maple-based spirit that we think you will love!
Our vodka is unique since it is made with pure spring water from the foothills of the Chic-Choc Mountains.
You can also enjoy tasting our exquisite fruit liqueurs, which are bound to delight you.
You can try our products on site. Our spirits are on sale in the boutique, and we offer a distillation package for small groups, which includes a VIP tasting and a mini-distillation course (available upon reservation).
