Being pampered at the spa: massages, beauty treatments, reflexology! These are moments to relax and recharge my batteries and they help me maintain a physically and mentally balanced life.

The one food I can’t live without is…
Snow crab, shrimp in the shell, lobster and wine! The seafood season goes by so quickly—I have to make the most of it. As for wine, I like white, red, rosé, sparkling…! I have a soft spot for Spanish wines because in addition to loving the grape varieties grown there, I associate them with wonderful memories with my sister and my love.

Finding my way to such a fulfilling career, in great part thanks to my mother, who said to me one day: “You should study tourism—there’s a new program being offered at Collège Mérici.” And here I am, 37 years later, working in a field that I’m still passionate about!
