Experience the St. Lawrence via a 100-year-old ferry service!
The Trans-St-Laurent, which offers daily ferry crossings between Rivière-du-Loup and Saint-Siméon, now offers affordable same-day round-trip cruises on the St. Lawrence with the option of disembarking on the other shore.
For a few hours, enjoy first-class navigation aboard the MV Trans-St-Laurent, a ship offering many amenities, including a bar and lunch counter as well as several free activities. Have fun with the captain’s passport, take pictures with his lookalike and watch a TV show featuring nearby islands as well as various species of birds and marine mammals found in this area. The Marine Mammal Observation Network (ROMM) also offers a free souvenir featuring the whales found in the St. Lawrence. Little ones can watch their favourite movie or get creative with the ship’s colouring book in an area reserved just for them.
Rain or shine, cruising along the St. Lawrence starts here!
P.S. Don’t be surprised if the ship is escorted by belugas!
