Located in one of Canada’s most beautiful regions, Eskamer Aventure offers outdoor activities in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, on the spectacular Gaspé Peninsula. Founded in 2005, this company invites you to enjoy an authentic experience in the magnificent Chic-Choc Mountains or along the coastline of Gaspésie.
Canyoning
Canyoning is an activity that combines elements of rock climbing and water sports. It involves progressing through a canyon using techniques such as rappelling down waterfalls, ziplining, jumping into natural pools and sliding down smooth rocks. Eskamer Aventure offers three different routes through incredible scenery, ranging in length from a half-day to a full day, with different levels of difficulty. Some include shuttle transportation from the base camp to the start/end point of your canyoning adventure. The full-day trip to Beaulieu Canyon includes lunch featuring local flavours. This canyon is as stunning as canyons found elsewhere in the world, more specifically in Europe and other destinations where canyoning is so popular.
Eskamer Aventure offers safe supervision. Participants will be provided with a wetsuit and all the required safety gear (climbing helmets, climbing harnesses and rappelling gear) and will be accompanied by professional guides.
Ziplining
At Eskamer Aventure, ziplining is the only activity you can enjoy without getting your feet wet! For 45 minutes to an hour, make your way across suspension bridges, a suspension staircase and a tree platform. At a length of 300 metres (1000 feet), the Eskamer Aventure zipline is the zipline in Eastern Québec and will take you soaring over a canyon that is 50 metres (165 feet) deep. The end platform is 16 metres (52 feet), which participants will rappel down with the help of a guide at the end of their adventure. This activity is considered easy and is accessible to almost everyone.
Sea kayaking
Participate in a sea kayaking experience on the St. Lawrence, during which you will be able to observe a wide variety of seabirds, including guillemots, northern gannets, common eiders, common loons and more! Seals and whales are also frequently sighted in this area—your guides will share tips so you can kayak safely while maintaining a respectful distance from wildlife. Excursions at sunset are also available. Participants are provided with wetsuits and specialized gear as well as very stable tandem kayaks.
All members of the Eskamer Aventure team are dedicated to ensuring you enjoy a memorable experience with us!
A glamping cabin, rustic campsites and a swimming pool are also available on site.
