Parc de la Pointe is a 2.5-km (1.5-mi.) paved path located along the St. Lawrence in Rivière-du-Loup. Enjoy a picnic on the beach and admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world! On site: picnic tables, benches, swings for children and people with reduced mobility, play modules, restaurant and amenities.
This park is a picturesque site with heritage villas that recalls the popularity of this resort area at the turn of the 20th century. Follow a guided walk with a podcast (available in French only), which you can listen to on your smartphone. Stories, legends and tales are included!
Cycling enthusiasts can also enjoy a 5-km (3-mi.) loop ride along the path.

How to get there
Parc de la Pointe is located along the St. Lawrence on Rue Mackay in Rivière-du-Loup.
To get there from Route 132, take Côte des Bains, which is between the municipal campground and Auberge de la Pointe.
