Climb to the top of the dam, see the reservoir and admire a stunning view of the valley.
In the Portail Pélagie-Cormier reception and interpretation centre, discover an exhibition focusing on local environmental and heritage conservation.
Bus tours to the Romaine-1 hydroelectric dam depart from the Portail Pélagie-Cormier reception and interpretation centre. The trip takes about 30 minutes (one way).

How to get there
By car or bus: Take Route 138 E to Havre-Saint-Pierre.
By plane: You can fly to Havre-Saint-Pierre or Sept-Îles. Plan to rent a car once you get there.
By boat: Board the Bella Desgagnés, which makes a stop in Havre-Saint-Pierre.
Once in Havre-Saint-Pierre, head to the Portail Pélagie-Cormier reception and interpretation centre, where you will find an exhibition focusing on local environmental and heritage conservation. Tours of the dam depart from here.
