Located in the reception area, Le Garde Manger is a gourmet shop that sells only local products. The idea behind it is to introduce anyone who is visiting Le Bic to the gastronomy of Bas-Saint-Laurent by giving them access to products made by local food artisans and chefs.
At Le Garde Manger, you will find takeout dishes prepared by chefs Colombe Saint-Pierre and Adrian Pastor, a selection of Québec wines and local beers, and much more!

Open year-round, this gourmet shop is accessible to our guests as well as visitors to the area. Guests who reserve one of our chalets will be sent the menu in advance by email and have the option of placing an order that will be delivered to their chalet before their arrival.
